On November 27 the Plenary Sitting of the Youth Parliament (YP) adjunct to the NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport took place. The RA NA deputy Karine Poghosyan also attended it.

After approving the agenda the young deputies passed by voting the draft laws “On Amending the RA Law on the RA Citizenship,”authored by Karen Amiryan, “On Local Levy for Motor Vehicle Parking,” “On Amending the RA Civil Procedure Code” and “On Amending the law on the RA Advocacy” authored by Karen Amiryan and Artashes Khalatyan.

Afterwards the parliamentarians debated the package of the RA draft laws “On Social  Protection of the Children without Parental Care,” “On Amending the RA Family Code,” “On Amending the RA Civil Code” and “On Amending the RA law on the Civil State Acts.”

The key speaker Gohar Mkoyan answered the MPs’ questions.

The young deputies also debated the draft laws “On Amending the Criminal Procedure Code” and “On Amending the RA Law on Compulsory Insurance of Liability Arising out of the Use of Motor Vehicles.”

During the sitting the members of the Youth Parliament made announcements.

Under the sounds of the RA anthem the eighth session of the NA YP fifth convocation was declared closed.
